Selecting Attachments for Customer Viewing

This feature allows you to tag an attachment that can be viewed by the customer. You must first enable the customer self-service web site in your repair facility profile under Repair Management.

To select an attachment for customer viewing

  1. Open the workfile, and then select the Attachments tab.
  2. Select the attachment from the attachments pane.
  3. Select the attachment, and then select the Share with customer option in the lower right corner of the form.
  4. Click Save or Save and Close.
